Using cards, participants can describe which values are important to them and learn which values drive their partners. This enables members of a project or work group to get to know one another better and share values, experiences and needs that would perhaps otherwise not be shared. The discussions that arise during the game promote collaborative communication and create a framework for supporting and lasting collaboration that reflects the participants&#8217; cultural, intellectual and emotional diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-8\">\n\t\t\t\n\n    <div id=\"text-shadow-box-block_c37328a62284c53f76a06cd7d5357f31\" class=\"mod-text-shadow-box\" data-scheme=\"black\">\n\t\t<h3>What does this tool offer?<\/h3>\n<p>\u00abValues of Solidarity\u00bb is a set of cards in English. The game contains two types of cards:<\/p>\n<p>\u00abValue\u00bb cards contain descriptions of values that may be important for creating a framework of solidarity and collaboration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Honesty<\/li>\n<li>Motivation<\/li>\n<li>Respect<\/li>\n<li>Health<\/li>\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00abConflict\u00bb cards contain fictional scenarios to be overcome in which poor communication and cultural differences lead to tension and conflict.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-4\">\n\t\t\t\n\n    <div id=\"text-shadow-box-block_686b409c0d0e12a9670d24fc99786ab9\" class=\"mod-text-shadow-box\" data-scheme=\"yellow\">\n\t\t<h3>Tags<\/h3>\n<p>#community<br \/>\n#care<br \/>\n#values<br \/>\n#solidarity<br \/>\n#collaboration<br \/>\n#fairpractice<br \/>\n#nonviolentcommunication<br \/>\n#reshapenetwork<br \/>\n#valuesofsolidarity<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-bootstrap-blocks-row row\">\n\t\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-4\">\n\t\t\t\n\n    <div id=\"text-shadow-box-block_cdea653141eeb5ccba9e9c04c62343f5\" class=\"mod-text-shadow-box\" data-scheme=\"white\">\n\t\t<h3>Why is this set of cards important?<\/h3>\n<p>Conflicts may arise in work groups and collaborative relationships when members have very different values or some people do not recognise others&#8217; rights.<\/p>\n<p>During the game, teams are presented with fictional conflict situations and team members have the chance to formulate their own values.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is for each team to formulate their own value frameworks. This promotes solidarity within the group.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"col-12 col-md-8\">\n\t\t\t\n\n    <div id=\"text-shadow-box-block_b535d0fa47d706f6d1501c9c590f0079\" class=\"mod-text-shadow-box\" data-scheme=\"yellow\">\n\t\t<h3>Who is this tool aimed at?<\/h3>\n<p>The tool has been developed especially for teams that are just beginning their collaboration. In particular, it is aimed at project teams working in the areas of art and culture, but is also relevant for other sectors.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n    <div id=\"text-shadow-box-block_8c069a407088343f153f87a4aa05de4d\" class=\"mod-text-shadow-box\" data-scheme=\"black\">\n\t\t<h3>What can be achieved with this set of cards?<\/h3>\n<p>\u00abValues of Solidarity\u00bb offers inspiration and the opportunity to reflect on how a team wants to overcome possible conflicts.<\/p>\n<p>The game places participants in conflict situations together. This enables them to identify the often hidden and obscure mechanisms causing tension and difficulties.
