Towards a practice of care  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
\n \n \n Toolbox: Talking Diversity <\/span>\n \n <\/span>\n <\/a>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Collaboratively develop a collective \u00abpractice of care\u00bb for Schauspielhaus Z\u00fcrich and anchor it in the DNA of the organisation is what a small team of ensemble members, dramaturges and assistants are planning. They are developing formats for conversations and encounters, exercises and trainings, which will be available as a regular offer for employees on the one hand, and as an expandable tool kit on the other hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their main questions are: How can such \u00abpractices of care\u00bb include all bodies and do justice to their vulnerability and endangerment through discrimination, illness and exhaustion? How can careful speaking in work situations \u2013 for example, in rehearsals, meetings, interactions with audiences \u2013 become established in our institution? How can we actively develop self-awareness of our own actions, our own boundaries, our own language \u2013 and that of others? How do we, as employees, exercise our mutual duty of care for each other?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their \u00abpractices of care\u00bb are based on three pillars: sharing, learning, training.
